What does the phrase "squirrel to their scut monkey" mean? Where did it originate?

I awoke from a dream with the phrase "squirrel in their scut monkey" in my mind, wondering what it meant. I recall a similar phrase, "squirrel to their scut monkey", but don’t recall it’s meaning or origin. Anyone know?

A scut monkey is a slang term for a medical student who has to do health care tasks normally carried out by nurses or other health workers. A squirrel is slang for an attractive female. You must have been having a very odd dream !
