How Big is a Spider Monkey?

I was reading a little story about Salma Hayek and how she had two pet Spider Monkeys.

The article said one was eaten by a Cat!!!!

Are Spider monkey very small or something?

How could this happen?!
It just said Cat.

So I’m assuming it was just a normal cat.

They are about the size of an average monkey, so not very big, but unless it was a baby that had a growth problem, I don’t think it could be eaten by a cat. But are you sure the story didn’t mean like a big cat? like… lion, cheetah…?

I have no idea. I saw some in a zoo and they were all about the size of a cat. They are very cute!

    That story is weird.

It’s possible. I once saw a house cat eat a silver back so why not?
