what is the percentage of salt in water that sea monkeys need?

The water from the sea monkey tank is full of these cotton like balls that i heard are bad for them. Im deciding to move my sea monkeys into a new tank. Its probably gonna be a one litter tank, how much salt do i need to add to the water? could anyone give me like a percentage or something for me to go on? like for 500 ml how much salt? 100 ml? thanks.
thanks for the comments so far but i need exact numbers…. how much salt per 50 ml? 100 ml?

They are very forgiving in their range of salinity. On a hydrometer you would want a specific gravity between 1.011 (15ppt) up to 1.030 (40ppt).

So for a one liter tank you should add somewhere between 1/2 and 2 tablespoons of salt (NOT table salt). Ideally use some marine salt as it will level out at the higher pH.

Did you know that sea monkeys are actually baby brine shrimp? I never knew that when I was little, and when I started my job I found out. Maybe that will help.
