I baught sea monkeys awhile ago and I didn’t know how to aerate them so I never actually did. But now I’ve started but there’s a problem. I only have 3 monkeys that actually survived. only 1 is a male. None of them have started mating yet so I need to know if they do end up mating how long after they reached adulthood to they actually start mating?
Actually Sea-Monkeys /aren’t just/ brine shrimp. They are from the same family and are very closely related, but are quite different.
Don’t worry about not knowing how to aerate. When I got Sea-Monkeys for the first time, I didn’t know anything about aerating and my little ones still lived. Now that you know you should do it, I suggest that you start.
There is no set amount of days it will take before they start mating, it just happens. If you feel like you should boost the "love" going on in your tank, I suggest that you buy some of ‘Cupid’s Arrow’ and even ‘Plasma III’ from the Sea-Monkeys.com Web Site. (There’s actually a sale going on right now as well ;D)
If you would like more helpful information on Sea-Monkeys, I actually have a Web Site in the works with tons of stuff there already (and new things being added daily). Check it out at www.seamonkeylove.webs.com
Good luck!

Sea monkeys are actually just brine shrimp. They breed when water conditions are good, I believe they can begin anywhere from 8 days to 2 weeks.
