You don’t need to separate them. They don’t eat their own eggs.
If you want to move the brine shrimp ("Sea Monkeys") to a different tank, that’s easily done. Just prepare the salt water in the new tank, take the shrimp out with a fine-mesh net, and place them in the new tank.

You don’t need to separate the males and the females… That would be quite difficult to. They will just keep producing on their own so the eggs SHOULD be fine. If you really want to separate them, then you could… There is a possibility it would make the female stressed…

They are only brine shrimp. Leave them in the same bowl, they reproduce fine on their own.

Mmmmh as i recall..i threw mine in a fish aquarium XD ive never cleaned the water because there was an auto filter
