If you want to move the brine shrimp ("Sea Monkeys") to a different tank, that’s easily done. Just prepare the salt water in the new tank, take the shrimp out with a fine-mesh net, and place them in the new tank. References :

Mmmmh as i recall..i threw mine in a fish aquarium XD ive never cleaned the water because there was an auto filter

They are only brine shrimp. Leave them in the same bowl, they reproduce fine on their own.
