I keep large tortoises as a pet so I know what its like to desire exotic pets. If you are willing to put in the time and money (monkeys require ALOT of both) then you can be a successful owner. They are wild animals and as such you have to be trained and licensed to have one, which I'm sure your not. Only rehabilitators and zoo keepers are allowed to work with monkeys and even then they aren't pets.
