i have a picture of a celebrity i dont like and i wanted to paste it next to another picture of a monkey lol, is there a way to combine them into one picture using microsoft word?
Photoshop is really your only choice. You don’t have to have the professional Photoshop CS3 to do what you asked, but you can settle for Elements 5, also from Photoshop. It’s about $100.
I’ve heard good things about GIMP on here. It’s supposedly free. I tried to download it once, but it was a very large file.

As far as I can tell, sorry, there’s no such thing as not using an image editor to combine images.
But you can install a free image editor called GIMP. I believe it takes less than an hour, not sure. The file size is not as big as Photoshop’s so yeah.
