Espana vs Russia, what would happen of a black or south american go to the national futbol game?

Which fans would be the more welcoming fans to the black or south american person. Spain is known for their racist remarks and monkey chants towards blacks and they hate south americans and russia i know just hate blacks just because they are blacks so if a black guys comes down the middle of the row between the fans, spain fans on the right and russians on the left. who would be the more welcoming fans?

i try to avoid them. if i were sepp blatter i kick them out of fifa.

    Spain is not racist
    The monkey chants are just to piss the other team off. They wont care if youre a fan
