Is it true that in Pennsylvania you are not allowed to own a marmoset monkey? And if so why?

in PA you can not own any monkeys.
i dont think in any state in the USA you can owna monkey they are wild life.
you can get a permit or licsence and get one i believe.
or you can become a zoo keeper and care for the sick ones that need rehabilitated.

    I actually don’t think you can own ANY kind of monkeys here. I guess there are too many cities maybe? Or there might have been trouble with them here?
