I want to increase the years that my Sea Monkeys live up too. I heard they only live for two years and that is way too short.
When you see "eggs" produced by your adult sea monkeys, remove them. Dry them. Then use them as the basis for a new culture.
How to increase the years that Sea Monkeys live up to total?
Whats the difference between Philippines Monkeys and Americas Amazon types?
Several countries have monkeys, whats the diff?
Monkeys from the Americas are bigger and better breeders. As stated some Philippines monkeys are crab eaters, but almost all have crabs. The origine of that infestation has been traced to on job training inn the provinces to prepare for bar work.
Who performed the empathy experiment on macaque monkeys?
I just heard about a psychology experiment on monkeys where they were taught to pull a chain for food, but if they pulled it, it would shock an unrelated monkey whose suffering was visible through a window. The discovered result was that an overwhelming percentage of the monkeys refused to pull, even when starving. Can anyone provide more information on this experiment, especially who performed it?
Rhesus monkeys were trained to pull on one of two chains, depending on the color of a flashing light, in order to receive food. After training, another monkey was displayed through a one-way mirror.
By pulling the chains in the correct fashion, the first monkey would receive the food reward, but one of the chains now delivered a powerful and painful electric shock to the floor of the box holding the other monkey. It was discovered that most of the monkeys would not shock another monkey even if it meant not being able to eat. One of the animals went without food for twelve days rather than hurting the other monkey. Monkeys who had been shocked in previous experiments themselves were even less willing to pull the chain and subject others to such torment

What is the difference between humans and Monkeys?
Think and then star this question. Then please answer.
(The correct answer is Monkeys have more intelligence than humans!) Star please!
Friend,
Obvious difference is The Monkeys HAVE TAILS and HUMANS DO NOT HAVE TAILS.
But in spite of having NO TAILS, majority Humans POKE THEIR NOSES IN EVERY MATTER NOT CONCERNING THEM.
According to atheism human beings are just hairless monkeys?
Atheism does not have a lot going for it, but who would choose to believe we are nothing more than hairless monkeys? It is quite clear we are more than just monkeys with brains. Look at what we have done with the world. We are completely different to animals.
Telling people we are intelligent hairless monkeys is a tough sell and that is why atheism (apart from being incorrect) will never become popular.
You sad little reptile
If we were animals we wouldn’t have tear ducts
WE ARE THE GODS FINEST
Good init ?
What is the safest way to transfer Sea Monkeys from the Ocean Zoo?
I have a Sea Monkeys Ocean Zoo, and I would like to know what is the safest way to transfer them from this tank to the Sea Monkeys on Mars tank. I have an aqua leash. I would just pour them in, but I also have sea diamonds. So I don’t want to hurt them.
you can just pour them in … if you are worried about the sea diamonds hitting them, use the aqua leash to suck them up before you pour :O) i just got sea monkeys in the city :O)
How come my sea monkeys are not really monkeys?
I recently bought some sea monkeys but it turns out they are not monkeys after all. I threw in a banana and they died so now I don’t know what to do?
Are they really going t evolve into monkeys that live in water?
Look guys, we not in TRON now. If you got nothing constructive to say then do not reply.
Yes! They will evolve. soon they will become monkeys from balloon tower defence (or at least mine did) If i was you i would hold off throwing bananas until there a little bigger
How did monkeys come to the New World?
I read that Africa and South America split 135 million years ago or so (maybe wrong). But Monkeys are found on both continents and are less than 50 million years old and the first primates are only around 65 million years old. How could monkeys have evolved separately as they did?
I did ask this in the biology section and I didn’t get any answers.
Thank you everyone for answering.
"About 40 million years ago the Simiiformes infraorder split into parvorders Platyrrhini (New World monkeys—in South America) and Catarrhini (apes and Old World monkeys—in Africa). The Platyrrhini are currently conjectured to have migrated across the Atlantic Ocean to South America on a raft of vegetation.
At that time, the Isthmus of Panama had not yet formed, ocean currents and climate were quite different, and the Atlantic Ocean was less than the present 2,800 km (1,700 mi) width by about a third; possibly 1,000 km less, based on the current estimate of the Atlantic mid-ocean ridge formation processes spreading rate of 25 mm/year."(1)
