get some more and add the ones you still have to the new tank when the new sea monkeys are a bit bigger … the problem with spilling the water is the sea monkeys need a specific salinity and there is no way to know or fix that … if you fill up the tank with more freshwater, the salinity would be off and could kill the sea monkeys … your dad could just buy packets 1, 2 and 3 and you could pour the sea monkeys you have now into another container and raise the new sea monkeys in your existing container … when they are bigger, you can add your existing ones into the tank with the new monkeys … sorry to hear about your sea monkeys, i knocked one of my tanks off my coffee table and i lost them all :O(

yes you can add an entire packet 2 to your existing tank … you should suck out any gunk at the bottom as decaying sea monkey bodies can turn into the cotton ball fungus and even with sea medic, usually half at least sea monkeys do not live … i live in canada and i have ordered all of my sea monkey supplies off of ebay … transcience (sea monkey company) only deals with americans … i have got good deals with free postage and handling … i have no idea where NSW is but you could tape the lid on, leaving air holes open, for travel …
